Quitting Smoking is an individual decision and each one of us has to get to that point of OK, this is it, I am done with the cigarettes but sometimes life gets in the way and ugh another relapse happens!!!!!! I am at a loss for words JustSharon ,I really hope you stay because every single one of us care and want you to be healthy, happy and most of all Free from the cigarettes. We all have our own way to be supportive and sometimes maybe it's too much tough love but I believe that it comes from a deep sense of caring and we all know that smoking kills and quitting as difficult as it is can and hopefully will give us a much better quality of living and we all want to be FREE and be able to go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without the crutch of smoking xoxo.
