I woke up shortly after 5 this morning and thought I should make bread today so I bounced right up and grabbed a coffee , my husband Mark stirred it up for me before he left for work . I make a huge batch and over the last couple of yrs I try to make it when he's around to help me , I have severe arthritis in my hands , neck and pretty much everywhere else but when there's a will there's a way and this saying is certainly true for our quits because we need to  take back our lives from the clutches of the disgusting cancer sticks , once you get through the first 3 days of quitting smoking and the nicotine poison is out of your system then you start relearning life without the crutch and this definitely takes time but boy oh boy it's so worth it to be FREE and I really , really , really like this saying because it is TRUE when it comes to quitting smoking . (((WHERE THERE'S A WILL THERE'S A WAY))) we need to be willing , determined and 100 % committed to succeed and then we will be successful and remember to that anything in life worth having takes time and effort and our health , family and even our wallets are so worth the effort to hopefully live a few yrs longer with a much better quality of life and to be able to go anywhere , anytime whenever , wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a killer cigarette is absolutely worth it, so hang on tight because there's definitely life after cigarettes but unfortunately it's going to take some time but you can do it so hang tough !

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
