It's a dark dreary, drab, dismal drisslie, dank start to the day but we desperately need the rain so I won't complain about it but instead I will be thankful for the streams, rivers, forests and our wells getting a much needed drink before the freeze up comes. We are under a rainfall warning for overnight and tomorrow, we'll have to see what happens but I have a lot of indoor work that I need to get done plus my husband Mark and I pretty much got the yard and garden all cleaned up and are ready for the snow even though I detest winter it's coming whether I want it to or not plus winter is so much easier on me now that hubby isn't working away anymore, there's usually a positive in just about every situation including quitting smoking for 40 yrs of my life I smoked then I came here and read everything I could find about quitting and remaining quit then I began to realize that it wasn't going to be easy but anything worth having in life takes time and effort but wow my friends and fellow Exers, it's definitely worth it to be free. After decades and decades of smoking it only stands to reason that it's going to take time to relearn different ways of handling situations without the crutch of cigarettes because everything we did included the yakies ( cigarettes ) so we have to figure out how to deal with life on lifes terms but it's absolutely doable and absolutely worth it to get to that good place in your quit but you must believe in yourself and keep stacking up those splendiferous DOF, don't play Russian Roulette with your lives anymore, quitting smoking is within your grasp so grab on tight and bite the bullet and be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful!
