Share your quitting journey
I smiled this morning when I was reading a few of the comments about fuzzy pj's and sleeping in a cool room which I like too but last night was quite cool in the house and hubbys sick with a cold and I was really tired so I didn't start a fire in the furnace and that's our soul source of heat, this morning was 26 outside and 53 in the house at 5 o'clock, hubby got the fire going and I stayed in bed until the house warmed up, brrrrrrr but the sun is shining and it's supposed to warm up to at least 50 today which will be nice, I really hope that everyone has a good wk end, if you are struggling hang on tight and continue to choose Freedom because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option - and H.A.L.T - hunger, anger, lonely , tired are things that we can try to control which might help the roller coaster ups and downs of mood swings from your quit. I had a hard time and I still do with eating properly and being tired so I know from experience that it can be hard on your emotions but no matter what happens don't give up, stick with it and keep moving forward and stacking up those precious smoke free days because our lives literally depends on remaining quit, I know that I push vigilance quite often but I think it's important because as long as we apply N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever which will give us that wonderful life FREE from the clutches of the dreaded cancer sticks and every evening we can smile and say YAY ANOTHER DAY WON!
