I have to go get another tooth fixed at one o'clock today, Friday night I broke a small piece of tooth off but luckily hasn't been bothering me yet but I am getting it fixed before it does which we could use on quitting smoking . Quit now while you can and Lord willing before any major health issues becomes apparent, it's time to take back your life because I can tell you that there's definitely life after cigarettes and I am so glad that I stopped playing Russian Roulette with my life after smoking for 40 yrs. Quitting smoking is definitely difficult to say the least but it's absolutely doable and absolutely worth all of the withdrawals and roller coaster ups and downs of mood swings to get to that good place in your quit, our lives depends on quitting and remaining quit so why not bite the bullet and get through the rough patches and struggles to begin reaping the benefits of an Ex smoker, give it 3 or even 4 months by then you should realize how much better life is without the crutch because it's super fantastic to be able to go anywhere, anytime whenever, wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a disgusting cancer stick, believe you can and you will as long as you are willing, determined and totally committed to succeed then you will be smiling at the end of the day saying YAY ANOTHER DAY WON!
