A very good morning to each of you, I really like this tag line because I never thought that it was possible to quit smoking until a Dr told me that I have mild copd and then it was like yikes!!!, then I figured that it was nessesary to quit, so after finding this site and educating myself here and the wealth of information that helped me to realize that I could quit and remain quit and this community of people were here to help me through the rough patches and struggles of this horrid addiction then I realized that quitting smoking wasn't impossible but very doable as long as we have the right mindset we can succeed at just about anything ,our health and well being should be our # 1 priority so quitting smoking should be at the top of our list and remaining quit is vital! I know now that there's life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic so hang on tight and continue to choose Freedom because it's within your grasp so grab on tight and don't let go and at the end of each day you can smile and say YAY for another day WON! - the longer we are quit the easier it gets and once you start reaping the benefits of an Ex smoker you won't want to go back to the slavery of the dreaded cancer sticks!
