Share your quitting journey
We are blessed to be enjoying a beautiful Fall wk end and being free from the clutches of the cancer sticks makes it even better, quitting smoking is one of the hardest things that I have ever done but it's also the smartest and wisest decision that I have made for myself after 40 yrs of slavery to the disgusting nicotine poison. If we are willing, determined and totally committed to be successful then I believe we can and will be, anything in life worth having takes time, effort and patience but it's absolutely doable and for me, I realized that I needed to quit because I'm hoping and praying for a much healthier lifestyle and a better quality of living as I get older and I am heading for 57 coming up soon and I don't want any smoking related illnesses to arise so I choose FREEDOM for YOU and for ME ,quitting smoking is within your grasp so grab on tight and know in the bottom of your soul that you can and will be successful in taking back your life because your life is counting on you and it's so worth it each night to be able to say ANOTHER DAY WON!
