It's 32 ° F right now but we're supposed to get into the low 70's today without the cold wind yay, that sounds great to me, my seven year old grandson has been getting off the bus here this week and will again next week. I live way back off the road so I walk down to meet him and it's wonderful to be able to do that without thinking that I should suck on a killer cigarette, life is so much better without the crutch so stick with your quit if you are struggling hang tough and stay close to this site because we're all here for you and believe me when I say there's life after cigarettes but hey, you don't have to believe me keep moving forward and before long you can experience it for yourself and start reaping the benefits of an Ex smoker, it's all of the little things that we used to do with a cig sticking out of our mouth like walking down a driveway to meet a school bus. I can do whatever I want now and go anywhere, anytime, whenever, wherever and however without a disgusting cancer stick, I know that my family, friends and especially the grandchildren are happy and I know that I am thankful for taking back my life after 40 yrs of smoking and I know that you can too, have FAITH and believe you can SUCCEED and you will be SUCCESSFUL.
