The rain has stopped and our temps have dropped from 58 yesterday afternoon to 34 now but we had heavy rainfall warnings and a few roads have washed out but like anything else in life once we've hit that good place in our quits there's no reason on the face of this earth to relapse into the trap of smoking. I am so thankful that I finally wised up and took my life back 628 spectacular days ago, it sure wasn't easy but once I learned that I have copd that's when I realized my health, family and quality of life was way more important than to continue knowingly slowly killing myself . Quitting smoking is so very doable but you must believe in yourself, be willing, determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful and once you reach that good place in your quit, you will never want to relapse and go back to the slavery of cigarettes.
