Let's continue on stacking up our wonderful days of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison, the longer we go without putting that crap into our bodies the easier life gets and we realize that quitting smoking and remaining quit was and is so very doable. Once we get a good place in our quit, we can start to reap the mountain of benefits of living a life of an Ex smoker.
