I am sending good thoughts and prayers up for everyone in the path of this huge storm in the eastern U.S, I know our Strudel is is in it's path and possibly quite a few of you, stay safe and stay warm. I can't think of anything to say this morning other than let's remain vigilant and protect our quits especially if we're going through a rough time for whatever reason, we must remember that relapsing would be the worst possible thing that we could do so let's not screw up a perfectly beautiful quit and take it for granted, let's protect it with our lives because our lives literally depends on remaining smoke free. N.O.P.E and N.E.F, no way no how will I ever go back to day one again , believe me when I say there's definitely life after cigarettes .
