A very good Wednesday to all......

I hope that everyone had a decent nights sleep and is ready to tackle this 30th day of December, wow it's hard for me to believe that 2015 is pretty much over and a new one is about to begin. This has been my second Christmas and will be my second New Years as an Exer and it's definitely a wonderful feeling so let's each and everyone of us remain vigilant and be on guard for any unexpected stressers because as we all know smoking kills and quitting can save us from dying a slow painful death that's most likely smoking related.  We wouldn't want a crazy moment of weakness to ruin a perfectly beautiful quit, no way no how will we let that happen because we are living our dream of our forever quits N.O.P.E and N.E.F, life just keeps getting better and better without the crutch of cigarettes, quitting is absolutely doable and remaining quit is also absolutely doable. I better get another coffee in me, Mason is still sleeping but I am sure he'll be up soon and he wants to bake another batch of his favorite cookies which is shortbread cookies with frosting, he calls them frosting cookies. I love being able to do whatever, whenever without having to stop midway through for a smoke and I know Mason and the other grandchildren are happy that Gram and Gramp don't do that anymore.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
