I hope that everyone enjoyed Christmas day and had lots of delicious food to eat, I know that we did here in the Maritime provinces. Now that we're heading to 2016, let's reinforce our precious forever quits my fellow Exers, especially if you are in the beginning of yours or in the first few weeks or are just plain struggling with your quit. Please realize that quitting smoking can be difficult but it's absolutely doable and definitely worth all the withdrawals and cravings to get to that good place, which does take time but we must remember that relapsing would be the worst possible thing that we could do so let's not relapse, let's continue to go forward because life without the crutch of cigarettes is definitely doable. I smoked for 40 yrs and now have almost a year and a half in and am really looking forward to my second smoke free New Yrs Eve . In the first few weeks of my quit I was a total Bitch and not too many people wanted to be around me but I came out of it after awhile and family and friends realized that I wouldn't really rip their face off if they happened to look at me the wrong way. I am now and have been for quite  sometime a Happy quitter and love my new found freedom and so will you, remain quit and protect it with your lives because your lives depends on it.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
