I had another decent nights sleep, wow that's two in a row but it's also two days of being outside some. I'll figure out something that I can do again today to get the fresh air. My husband and I went to a Christmas potluck due last night, it's through our church, couples club or in case anyones single, it's called pares and spares. We had a Yankee swap which is alot of fun, there was 16 of us there. I can't believe how mild it is this morning because the weather said it was going to be a lot colder but I am not complaining plus my husband is home each morning to get the fires going so I don't have to get up to a freezing house so I am thankful for that and so much more including my 510 smoke free days and counting WTG me and WTG to each and everyone of you my fellow Exers on your wonderful forever quits. If you are new to this site or just going through a rough time in quitting smoking, stay strong, hang tough and know that it's going to get better, most of us have smoked for many decades so it only stands to reason that it's going to some time to get comfortable in our own skin again but believe me, you will. Quitting and remaining quit is absolutely doable and definitely worth all the rough patches because once you get to that good place in your quit it will be so worth.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
