All that shoveling I did yesterday must have helped me sleep better than most nights but I am sore in places that I didn't know that I even had, ha, ha. The snow was really heavy with a lot of water in it and the ground isn't frozen yet either, it's no wonder we had over 30,000 without power including me without but luckily I have it back and there's only a little over 4000 now without power including my son and his girlfriend. They have a generator for most everything except water but everyone is supposed to have their power by the end of the day but if not come shower or do laundry whatever. Our power flashed during the night but so far so good . once we get used to dealing with things without smoking it's great whether it's good or bad news or a storm that knocks our power out for a day or God forbid possibly a month but we can deal with anything even sickness and death because all of this is part of our lives and we don't smoke anymore . No matter how many days, weeks, months or yrs, we have in our quits, we can deal with lifes stressers without the crutch of cigarettes because smoking wouldn't solve anything except more stress and the quilt of ruining a perfectly good quit plus whatever the problem is it's still there so we can actually get through whatever is happening in our lives with knowing that we are fortunate enough to have quit smoking and are enjoying the freedom from smoking and counting our precious days of freedom in our  (((FOREVER QUITS))) - life can and is wonderful so let's enjoy another beautiful day that we are fortunate enough to be blessed with because believe me there's definitely life after cigarettes.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
