Share your quitting journey
We had a beautiful mild day yesterday and unusually mild night at 61 ° F, a few nights ago we were at 31 ° F but I'm not complaining because this is very nice. I worked out in the yard yesterday and I probably will find some stuff to do again today because the temps are supposed to get up into the low 70's which is perfect for me but overnight tonight we are going to get some much needed rain which is supposed to hang around until Friday, we're under a rainfall warning. Anyway enough of me rambling about the weather, let's remember to protect our precious quits with our lives because our lives depends on remaining smoke free so vigilance each and every day is the answer to keep our quits and to continue counting our days of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison. I think today is my 442nd day of smoke free living WTG me and WTG to each and everyone of you my fellow Exers ●
