Good Saturday Morning ☆

It was 57 degrees at 6:30 this morning, 40 degrees warmer than normal for this time of the year and actually we could even have frost which isn't abnormal this late in the season but I'm not complaining because I know what's coming after Fall so I will embrace this weather which will be over in the next couple of days. My husband will be going away to Prince Edward Island on Tuesday for the week for his work, that's where the movie Anne of Green Gables was shot, I wish I could sneak over with him but I can't. Anyway let's be sure to remain willing to keep our determination and our vigilance so we can hang on tight to our precious forever quits N.O.P.E, N.E.F and also H.A.L.T which is one of these four that can let our guard down, hunger, angry, lonely or tired so let's always remain on guard for any unexpected stressers that could cause us to God forbid have a split second of weakness which would be absolutely horrible becausei know for me, I am on my 432 nd day of freedom from the dreaded nicotine poison and NO way NO how do I want to go back to day 1 again and I know that none of you my fellow Exers want to either so let's continue to remain vigilant each and every day.
