I slept in this rainy morning but I am enjoying my coffee and checking on you my friends on this wonderful site of ours, life is good as an Exer. 424 DOF and counting. I continue to be on guard each and every day even though I have over a yr in since quitting , I will stay vigilant the rest of my days on this earth because this addiction doesn't care whether I have 10 + yrs quit, it's an addiction that will try to get me one way or another through a death or maybe even through a happy occasion so let's always remain vigilant while enjoying our new found freedom as Ex smokers because life is grand without a cigarette in hand.
