340 DOF at the end of today, wow I'm getting closer and closer each day to the 6 % club and am enjoying my new found freedom as an EX SMOKER but it's very important that we all remain vigilant and never let ourselves become complacent and take our quits for granted we've worked way too hard to get to a good place and I know for me, I don't ever plan on going back to day one.
