I changed my profile pic again, my son, grandson Mason and my husband Mark. The pic was taken the end of March for the two grandsons birthday party and my sons as well. My son quit smoking a year ago in January he just turned 32 in March he started smoking when he was 17. My husband Mark had a year in April 25th, he smoked over 42 years. Quitting smoking is definitely doable both of them quit cold turkey, I smoked 40 yrs and I have a llittle over 10 and a half months in,I also quit cold turkey but it doesn't matter how we quit as long as we quit . Smoking kills and by quitting we may add a few years to our lives and hopefully a much better quality of living. I am so thankful for this wonderful site with all of you wonderful people that have helped me get to where I am today.
