Good morning everyone, I hope and pray that each one of you will enjoy another smoke free day, especially if you are new to this site. Quitting smoking is probably going to be the hardest thing that you will ever do but it's sooooooo worth it once you get to a good place in your quit. Everyone is different I'm on my 191st day of my quit a little over 6 months. The first 2 or 3 wks of my quit were a living hell, I honestly didn't think I could succeed in quitting but I came here every day sometimes twice a day and all the wonderful people on this site encouraged me to keep going ,that it would get easier and to read jonescarps aka dales page concerning the first 4 months of your quit so I read his page over and over again if you are new here or heading into NML it's a must read it hhelped me more than I can say. stay strong and be willing to go through some hair pulling, moody feeling like crap days and then you will wake up one morning with a huge smile and realize that by quitting smoking how much better you feel, you must go through the withdrawals and rough days to get to the good days which will come. Stay strong and smoke free because life is so much better after cigarettes.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
