Happy Sunday, the sun is shining and it's supposed to be a beautiful sunny day all day. Hopefully this sunshiny day will help me to get through the winter blahs, my husband took me out to pizza delight yesterday trying to pick up my mood which was nice and having the oldest grandson for the day also helped but the warmer temps and the sun is what I need. Anyway 182 smoke free days today now that makes me happy, I know that I must always stay vigilant and on a daily basis protect my quit no matter what is happening in my life because I know smoking will definitely make things 100 % worse, so always protect your quit for your health, family and your wallet. Enjoy the day everyone.
