I can't believe it!! 50 days!!!
This site is a Godsend and all of you people. I could have never made it this far without you.
Thanks to this site, I made it trough a terrible day in NML yesterday. I cannot wait till I am out of NML. I read that it is generally about 130 days...so 80 more or so to go. It is seeming more 'do-able' each day. I just pray the bad NML days are far and few between.

Missy, that is wonderful, I am so proud of you. If you do get a wickked out the blue urge. Just read few my past blogs about a relapse.. It sucked
and that should deter you. But you did the right thing you blog or call for help. Because NML is a sneak devil.

You may have a tough craving once in a while while in NML. But when you do, kick it to the curb! Then take a minute to look back and remember your Days 1-10. It certainly HAS gotten easier, hasn't it?

Maybe if you get an out-of-the-blue urge in the next few months, you can look back on your success yesterday and remember how PROUD you felt of making it through that one. Very inspiring....BIG CONGRATS on 50 days!!! xo~mlb

Each time you get through another of those bad days, it reinforces your quit and in a way strengthens you for the next. At least that's how it felt to me. And each day that you remain smoke free is another wonderful day moving forward on the path to freedom.
Keep your eye on the prize of freedom and before you know it, NML will be a thing of the past, and very soon after that you will feel a peace like you haven't felt in - well, since you started smoking!
ONWARD TO FREEDOM!!!
