My name is Ray - aka ManOfSteele - I Smoked To Much for To Long and After "Trying to Quit" for Years and Multiple Failed Attempts I Learned a Way to Stay Smoke Free That Might Help You.
So for the last 4 + years I have been providing stop smoking support using the same type of techniques that helped me and many other smokers that wanted to successfully quit smoking forever.
I was a 2+ pack a day smoker that stopped making excuses to smoke on 04/04/04. Watched a friend die with lung cancer sucking air through tubes his final days. Spent the last 4 years on the Smoke Away Support website with a lovely person named Jean (Moonbug) that struggled with COPD and helped me and many others keep our quits. She recently died after complications from a typically minor knee surgery for most people.
God has given me talents to help others. Let me know how I can help you. I am a tough luv supporter that believes successful quits means making no more excuses.
