Hoping everyone has a great day! Jake and I are headed into our 2nd day and I pray it goes as well as yesterday. I was surprised that craves were so minimal. I'm on my toes though and prepared should one smack me in the face. Sometime back I had written in a blog that I had found an unopened binky of my grandson (he's now 10!) I thoght Id suck on it and now have it here at my desk. Keeps the food out of my mouth and satisfies that need to suck on a cigarette. I recommend it to anyone, really. I also use the patch.
