77 smoke free days for me. And so vividly I remember the fear of my quit date as it approched 77 days ago. A rare admittance for a 55 year old man to say is I'm all choked up with emotion right now and tears of accomplishment are knocking on the back door of my eye balls.
As this New Year begins and resolutions are abound, DO IT DO IT DO IT! If you found this site, and you are reading this blog.... you are definitely on the right path to success. I will say, "The emotional fear of quitting PALE'S to the emotional joy of not smoking anymore"
