Hello! I joined this community to have some support in my journey with quitting smoking. I have smoked since I was 16 years old. It has been a very tough struggle for me. I have quit many times and then started again. My longest time being quit was last year. I was smoke free for one year and then started again! I am back on the bandwagon and trying to quit for good. I am a very dedicated person and I am here to help others and also have others help me. I am excited about changing my life and becoming smoke free! Come and add me as a friend on Facebook!
