Three years today and not a single puff for me.....

I am so proud and happy to say I quit smoking three years ago today.  I will always give a huge amount of the credit to the time I spent here and the support and advice from so many great people.  I found my confidence and determination here.  One day it dawned on me that if I was going to quit smoking ... and I desperately wanted to quit smoking -  I would have to change my plan of action. Smoking again had to be off the table once and for all.  The little slogan "Not One Puff Ever" stuck with me and no matter the craves and urges in the beginning I kept those words as my mantra.... N.O.P.E!!   Life is soooo much better smokefree!!!!

Believe in yourself....make a commitment....you CAN do it!!

My name is Debi I have been smokefree for.....

Three years, 7 hours, 5 minutes and 43 seconds. 21925 cigarettes not smoked, saving $4,659.25. Life saved: 10 weeks, 6 days, 3 hours, 5 minutes.
