I Don't Usually Do This

I don't usually write two blogs in one day, as I figure that suffering through one is enough for most people 🙂  But I wanted you to stop for a moment this day and really think about how well you treated yourself today.

Did you take the time this morning to remind yourself how wonderful you are?  Did you eat a healthy lunch?  Did you spend 10 minutes just doing something you love?  Did you surround yourself with the dreamers and the doers?

My point is simply that by taking good care of you each and every day, you will be better able to:

*  keep your beautiful quit going

* have the energy to take care of your family

* feel happier at work

* feel happier at home

* have the energy to get off the couch

*  have the confidence to speak your mind

* have the courage to stand up for others

Well, you get the general idea.  Be kind to yourself, treat yourself gently and well, and never forget how important you are to this site, your family, your friends, the world!  You really, really do matter 🙂

Ok, second blog is over with now.  Hope you are smiling, feeling good about yourself, and treating yourself well.
