LIfe is good. It just is. Regardless of what's going on, regardless of events in my life, regardless of my job, regardless of anything going on....life is good. I am blessed to have finally figured that out because I was headed.....well, let's just say somewhere not good. It took a few good friends who believed in me at a time when I lost belief in myself to hold me up until I found my balance again.
Did you ever hear that saying, "love yourself, accept yourself, & be good to yourself because without you, the rest of us are without a source of many wonderful things"? I fully believe this! So for my friends here....for the Tommys and the Thomases, the Bee Jays and the Sooties, the Kathys and the Teresas, the Ricks and the Shawns....without you, I am without a source of many wonderful things!
It was your belief that I could quit smoking that gave me my belief I could quit. It was your kindness that made me feel like I was worth the quit. And it is your heart that shines so brightly that I can find my way when lost.
Quitting? If you ever doubt you are worth the time, the energy, the effort of quitting.....just let me know. I will be happy to remind you that you are special. You are so very much worth your quit. Don't ever give up or give in. Remember, life is sweet 🙂
