    Happy Sunday!!!!!  May you have a terrific day of rest!!!!  Yesterday I went to the mall and bought a new watch.  Hopefully it will last a while.

   Life is good without nicotine!!!!!  Who says there isn't life after smoking!!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!  You will overcome!!!!!!!
