Even customer service can't make you smoke.
They just didn't get it. Do they ever?
I ordered something online, I was notified yesterday it was ready. Pickup desk opens at 9. I shopped then went to the pickup desk and realized I grabbed the wrong paper going out the door BUT, I remembered the 6 numbers aftere the dash of the order number, had my phone with me that is listed in my order AND picture ID with the same address that was on the order.
