Just wanted 2 share my 3week Mark success with u all. For some reason it's harder this time around. But I am determined 2 deal with whatever i have 2 in order to stay smoke free. I will battle thru the craves & excitement of the Holidays & Bdays socials for the next 2 months. I also refuse to reset my counter.....lol......DAMN 3weeks....can i get 3 pats on my back..........Later.....everyone enjoy the weekend......w/o a drag.
