I read all the time but even if you have never read a book please read this one because I am only half way through and it will blow your mind! I wanted to share it here because when I joined someone shared it with me...THANK GOD!! It will tell you WHY alot of our traditional approaches to quitting won't work and tell us what will. Please...if there is one life changing contribution I make to you and your children ladies...THIS IS IT!! p.s. you don't have to stop smoking while you read it .( Read for yourself why)..I downloaded it and read a few pgs at a time...WOW!!
