Hello everyone! My name is Jessica and I am a new memeber here at become an ex. I started last week tracking my cigarettes and am now working on seperating myself from my triggers. This is another attempt for me and I have tried many times before this to quit. I am pretty confident that this might actually be the one this time. I've tried cold turkey, the patch, and the lozenges but nothing ever worked. One day I saw the commercial where the guy can't drink his coffee and I said hey that's me.
