4-5 lb pork shoulder butt roast, this is the best to use but you can use a tenderloin roast 1 bottle BBQ sauce Place roast in slow cooker. Turn on low and walk away for about 12 hours. The pork should be tender enough that it pulls apart easily with 2 forks. Remove from slow cooker and shred with 2 forks. Discard juices in slow cooker. Return shredded pork to slow cooker and add bottle of BBQ sauce. Stir to mix. Cook on low till heated through. Serve
I love barbecue and this sound so darn easy to make, I love the walking away for 12 hours part the best!!!!! I love to cook, but hate to be a slave in the kitchen. Gonna do this for the weekend for sure. Thanks Tracey
