Liver Stroganoff

I'm sure I'll get plenty of hate comments, but there has to be a few people out there like myself who just looove liver.

1 lb liver cubed - yes you have to do this yourself
2 onions sliced
2 heaping tbsp butter
1 c sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

melt butter and add onions. Saute until tender, then add cubed liver. Saute until nice and brown all over. Add salt and pepper. Lower heat and add sour cream. Cook for about 30 minutes covered. I love to serve this over cooked rice but noodles will do. I'm not allowed to make this so I'm free to come over anytime someone wants to make this for me!!
