Day 2 no Cigs Woo-Hoo!

Hi Everyone!

Day 2 no cigs,  have smoked on and off the past 15 years mostly socially and when under stress. Enough is enough now. Craving more then I thought I might have, however my headaches are gone and I can feel the difference already in my morning workout Go Figure! Downside loving chile lime sunflower seeds ( oh no)  Any other munchie ideas? I have chewed so much gum that my jaw aches...
