    Happy Saturday!!  The weekend is officially here!!  Yesterday I went to market and got some turmeric.  I make tea out of it.  What are your plans for today?  
    Isn’t it great to be off the nicotine?  I sure did not know what I was missing all the years I smoked.  I love breathing fresh clean air!!  Thank you God and EX!!  Enjoy!!  Namaste

Turmeric has so many good properties!  Never had it as a tea.  Must be an interesting flavor.  Happy Sunday to you Mike.  Smoke free is the way to be!
