    Happy Friday!!  The weekend is here again!!  The weather is starting to warm up some!!  What are your plans?  I have some things to do on the computers.  
    Isn’t it nice to be starting the day without a cigarette?  It is nice to breathe clean air instead of smoke!!  Enjoy your quit!!  Namaste

Yes it is a great Friday, have a lot to do around the house but I still have 2, 3 weeks of recovery from meniscus surgery. But food tastes great, air is fresh and clean, everything seems better.

Happy Friday. I don't have plans.  I will enjoy this warm weather we are having. I could work in the garden and transplant some baby cabbages. Have a great weekend.

Hey Mike.  A rainy day here so will probably do some house cleaning and desk clean up.  And hopefully get 30 minutes of exercise in.  Cheers!
