    Happy Tuesday!!  How is the new week going?  We got a few more inches of snow yesterday.  Spring is coming!!  What are you doing today?

    We have kicked the habit!!  What a wonderful thing to do!!  I suffered over forty years.  I was always thinking I should quit but never getting around to it!!  EX helped me do it!!  Namaste

Week is going good!  Every week is good, now that I am smoke free!  Deep down inside, we all know that smoking is bad!  It’s the addiction that keeps us slowly killing ourselves!
