Happy Thursday! And a happy New Year’s Eve!! Are you setting any goals for the new year. I am seeing my brother for breakfast this morning.

It will be a new year smoke free. The years go a lot better not smoking. I hope everyone has a good new year. Namaste

Good morning, I have set a goal of 1/7/2021. I smoke about 1/2 pack a day since I was 14. Let me tell that us a realky long tine. So it is not just a habit, but a lifestyle. I have wanted to quit for lije a year but niw that I have had a health scare it us vital.
