    Happy Wednesday!!  It is hump day again!!  Are you having a good week?  I must go to Rite Aid again today. It is to be warmer.  They say it will be 79.  What are your plans?

    The nicotine monster had us for many years.  Then we came here!!  As I read over the writings, hope was born!! Here were people getting time in who had smoked!!  I thought maybe it will work for me!!  It was difficult but it worked!!  Love it!!  Namaste

I am having a great week!  I just posted my Blog about a semi-annual doctor’s appointment yesterday...  The doctor said I am so much healthier since I quit two years ago...  It was a very happy day!  N.O.P.E. for sure!

Hi Mike mikecity I am going to the Pet store to get food for the dog...will walk her in this beautiful PA weather...even though ragweed tough on the allergies, one thing I won’t be doing is smoking...Happy Hump Day ~ Colleen 674 DOF
