Hi,

    Happy Wednesday!!  It’s the middle of the week and the end of the month!!  I hope everyone had a good month.  Tonight I will have Bible Study on the Internet.  At the moment we are getting some rain.  
    The new life is wonderful!!  I am so glad I came here and quit smoking!!  For many years I wished I could quit but failed.  Thanks to this site I have done it!!  Today is another day of freedom!!  Love it!!  Namaste

N.O.P.E. for me too!  It’s been a busy week, as usual...  I plan on taking a “pause” this Wednesday to rest and recoup, but there will be no butts about it!  LOL  Never gonna go “there” again and restart the whole nightmare and the action of slowly killing myself!  Have a great smoke free Wednesday, and let’s both keep our beautiful and precious quits!  R
