    Happy Friday!!  The weekend is here!!  What are your plans?  Today I will update my phone at the Internet cafe.  The temperature sure is dropping.  The first day of Fall is Tuesday.

    Today is another day of freedom!!  That is something to celebrate!!  Every day without a cigarette is glorious!!  We are no longer deceived!!  Enjoy!!  Namaste

My plans for the weekend are to rest...  but it never happens!  LOL

I will pray for those who suffered a second hurricane in the gulf coast!

I know one thing is for sure...  I will not smoke!  N.O.P.E.   Been there done that!  I love my freedom for the addiction to Nicotine!

One day at a time I will pledge to stay smoke free!
