    Happy Thursday!  It is the downside of the week now. I hope everyone is having a good one.  The online Bible study was nice last night.  What are you doing today?  
    Isn’t the simple freedom of not smoking something?  Just do not go buy them and smoke them is so liberating!!  They say, “Keep them away from your face “!!  How wise the saying!!  Love your quit!!  Namaste

And yes, I’m with you on the freedom we get when we quit smoking!  I call it getting off the “Not-So-Merry-Go-Round” because Nicotine addiction means one butt is never enough!  And a hundred is that terrible ongoing cycle of cravings...

I can’t have coffee yet UGH!  Waiting for a blood test this morning...  I need caffeine!  LOL
