Good morning

Hi,

    Happy Wednesday!!  It is hump day already!!  I hope everyone is having a good week.  Yesterday I went to the ATM and Rite Aid.  The temperature was 90!!  
    We really have not lost anything yet we have gained much!!  Quitting I kept thinking that it was the end of everything.  Actually it was the beginning of a wonderful life!!  I am so please!!  Namaste

Good Morning, mikecity‌  Today will be a busy day, but it won’t include smoking for a reward (way too often) !!  Isn’t it ironic how we used to fool ourselves into thinking a butt was a reward?  I am definitely changed for the better!  My reward now is being able to breathe in and out without a gasp!  Have a great smoke free day...  I plan on doing the exact same!
