    Happy Friday!!  The weekend is here!!  What are your plans?  Yesterday I got two shots at Rite Aid.  One was a tetanus shot.  The other was the first of two shingles shots.  Things are getting done!!  
    It is so good to be unaddicted !!  It is like the light at the end of the tunnel!!  A great new life awaits!!  It will unfold if you give it time!!  Enjoy!!  Namaste

I'm glad your shot record is getting up-to-date.  We must be our own Doctors these days.  I did a 20-minute pedal this morning and it felt really good.  My speed is increasing and therefore more calories too.  I plan to spend a good majority of my time at my house this weekend and therefore will be out of the loop due to no Internet sadly.  My quit will not be in jeopardy regardless as I always have this site and the people in it close at hand.  Namaste
