I could not get rid of the bottom of this favorite meme of mine...  I will start this discussion by saying, “Who does not like Fridays and the coming weekend?

In the early days of my quit I actually dreaded weekends. I know, hard to believe!

Thing was, I had less structure and therefore more "brain space" for cravings. It was a bit more difficult.

I really had to do some work to plan those days.

I am dreading my weekend! But my plan is to get working on some serious cleaning. There is a ton of stuff I want to do. Hope that works.
