Hi,

    Happy Sunday!  Today we stop for a day of rest.  A time to step back and reflect.  At ten I will go to church on zoom.  
    Isn’t it great EX helped us quit smoking?  This site helped me do what I dreamed of for many years!!  On my own I just wished I could quit but it never came!!  Then I ended up here!!  I read of people getting time in!!  Hope was born and EX helped me quit!!  Stay with it!!  Namaste

Happy Sunday Mike.  EX made the difference for me too.  Isn't it grand?? And the people in it keep you coming back to enjoy your quit.  

I just got done exercising with a Senior exercise program I found.  This is so much more on my level.  I feel rejuvenized opposed to wiped out.  Heh heh heh.  Non-the-less I will keep it up hoping to achieve some form of new-found energy.  Namaste.
